At Richie Bags, we provide documented quality assurance of our products with a guarantee of timely delivery. We have our internal surveyors who work through multiple Quality Assurance stages before we ship your order. Our clients are welcome to send a surveyor from their side at their expense to conduct a final examination before shipment for their own satisfaction.
You can send us your artwork in the formats of Adobe Photoshop (PSD, JPEG, TIFF, BMP) and Adobe Acrobat (PDF). JPEG is the most undefined format, so we highly recommend sending your artwork in PSD. We also have an online customisation tool that you can use. It is very simple to choose from our pre-designed bags to start adding your customisations. If nothing works, you can send us camera-ready copies of clean laser-printed artworks.
Certainly yes. We manufacture custom printed eco bags, where you may have your unique designs, company logo and tagline, messages and personalised notes, and many other elements imprinted.
We offer product samples to specific queries. If you want one, email us at info@richiebags.com with your enquiry and get all details through our response. It usually takes us 7 – 10 days to prepare the samples. The samples are generally sent on a “TO PAY” basis. Therefore, we would need your account number with any international courier service provider.
We have both ocean and air freight modes available. The standard delivery is through ocean freight, while air freight is for express delivery and is the most expensive model.
The ocean freight rate is approximately 15-20% of the total cost of the consignment of your order for a full container load (FCL). Higher rates apply for less than full container load, which can be between 20-25% depending on the size of the consignment.
Richie Bags is a wholesaler of eco bags where we only supply on a B2B basis and take bulk orders. We do not have any fixed rates for any of our products, and the prices are estimated based on the type and quality grade of fabric and textiles, printing methods, size, customisations, product handling and shipping methods, among other factors. Our clients are requested to address all cost-related queries directly to us because the rates change with time.
