We have exported our bags, accessories and other eco-friendly products to countries including Japan, Italy, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Australia and the USA, and have business connections in over 35 countries. We supply on a business-to-business wholesale basis and take bulk orders only.

We are the manufacturer. Our bags are produced in our own facility in Kolkata by a workforce of over 100 artisans, with an internal product design team and in-house designing facilities, so bags are made to your specification rather than picked from stock.

Richie Bags supplies on a B2B basis and takes bulk orders only. We do not publish a fixed minimum: quantities are confirmed per project at quotation, based on the bag, the print and the production run. Send us your requirement and we will confirm a workable quantity.

We do not have any fixed rates for any of our products. Prices are estimated based on the type and quality grade of fabric and textiles, printing methods, size, customisations, product handling and shipping methods, among other factors, and the rates change with time. Yes. Email your enquiry to info@richiebags.com and we will confirm what we can send. Samples usually take 7 to 10 days to prepare and are sent on a TO PAY basis, so we will need your account number with an international courier service provider.

We have both ocean and air freight modes available. Standard delivery is through ocean freight, while air freight is for express delivery and is the most expensive mode. The ocean freight rate is approximately 15 to 20 percent of the total cost of the consignment for a full container load. Higher rates apply for less than a full container load, which can be between 20 and 25 percent depending on the size of the consignment.

Yes. We manufacture custom printed eco bags carrying your own designs, company logo, tagline, campaign messaging and personalised notes. Send artwork as PSD, JPEG, TIFF, BMP or PDF, with PSD preferred. You can also use our online customisation tool or send clean, camera-ready laser-printed artwork.

Our internal surveyors work through multiple quality assurance stages before an order is released, and we provide documented quality assurance with a guarantee of timely delivery. Clients are also welcome to send a surveyor from their side, at their own expense, to conduct a final examination before shipment.

We work with trusted freight forwarders and offer both air and sea shipping. Transit time depends on the mode and the schedule at the time of booking, so we confirm it with your quotation rather than quote a standing figure. Ocean freight is our standard delivery mode; air freight is available for express delivery.
